We normally offer a 3–4 week delivery time for our continental beds and boxsprings.
Several of our retailers also offer express models.
Adjustable beds normally have a 4–5 week delivery time.
If you have questions about the exact delivery date, please contact the store.
If you want a short delivery time, several of our retailers offer Wonderland express models.
This is either models that is stored at the retailer or one of our choosen express models that are produced in 5 days and then shipped to your store.

Fortunately, it is rare that we receive warranty claims on our beds. If you still have something to claim, you should contact the store where you purchased the bed.
The store will create a claim case and forward it to Wonderland for assessment. To make the process smoother, we recommend preparing the following before submitting your claim:

It always takes some time to get used to a new bed, so it’s important to wait 3–4 weeks before considering changing to a different firmness.
If you feel you’ve chosen a mattress that is too firm or too soft, most of our retailers offer a comfort exchange guarantee within a limited period after purchase. Contact the store where you bought the bed and ask about the options for changing to a different firmness.
If you have purchased a Wonderland bed with our adjustable hip zone, you can always fine‑tune the bed’s firmness to suit you and your sleeping position.
With the BED CONTROL app, you can adjust your adjustable bed using your mobile phone or tablet.
The app includes the same functions as the remote control. In addition, you can access extra features in the app (available for beds with HC Frame Standard or HC Frame Advanced).
How to connect the app:
When your adjustable bed is delivered, the remote control should already be paired with the bed. If the remote control is not working, you can easily pair it with the bed yourself. Choose your model here:

The higher the comfort level you choose, the better sensitivity, support, and pressure relief the bed provides. To compare our bed models, you can look at the bed’s pocket springs, filling materials, and top mattress.
Wonderland’s pocket spring systems come in several comfort levels. On a continental bed, there can be different types of pocket springs in the main mattress and the bottom mattress. Exclusive and Sensitive Pocket are highly premium spring systems that provide the optimal conditions for sleep quality and recovery.
The filling materials used in our beds are Latex or Welun. Latex is the most exclusive materials and provide excellent sensitivity and pressure relief.
Wonderland’s top mattresses are made with Pulse Latex or Hyperflex. Pulse Latex is a premium material that provides an optimal sleep comfort and climate.
To find the firmness that suits you, try the bed in the same sleeping position you usually fall asleep in. If you mostly sleep on your side, make sure your spine stays as straight as possible. When you find a bed that fits you, the bed’s shoulder zone should allow your shoulder to sink comfortably into the mattress. Your hips should be supported so your spine stays aligned.
With Wonderland’s adjustable hip zone, you can always fine‑tune the bed’s firmness. This makes choosing the right bed and firmness much easier!

Our bottom frames do not have a predefined head or foot end. You can therefore choose which end that is placed as the head end:
On the wooden bottom frames, you choose the mattresses marked with BASE. You find the BASE information on the packaging or on the side of the mattress.
Wonderland’s mattresses have a shoulder zone at both ends of the mattress and can therefore be turned in all directions:
With Wonderland’s adjustable hip zone, you can adjust the firmness to your personal needs.
If you prefer to sleep on you side, it is important that you spine is as straight as possible. With the adjustable hip zone, you can adjust how deep your hip sink into the mattress, in comparison with your shoulder. When the firmness suits you, your hip should get the correct support and your spine will be straight. This will provide calmer sleep with better quality sleep and recovery.
You find the adjustments underneath the bed. You can adjust the firmness when you are assemling your new bed or do it later from underneath the bed.
Place the sliders towards the middle. The bed gets softer and your hip will sink further down.
Place the sliders towards the edges. The bed gets firmer and your hip will be placed further up.
