- Check that the motor is connected to power, and that there is power in the wall outlet.
- Replace the battery/batteries. (Applies to remote controls where the battery can be replaced.)
- Try connecting a remote control that works (from the other bed) to the bed that is not functioning, to make sure the motor is not defective.
- Try reconnecting the remote control to the bed.
- Is the bed adjusting up or down using the app? (Applies to beds with Bluetooth and not older models with radio frequency.)
- New remote control or motor can be purchased at our retailers.
